My journey began at a desk with a red pen as a Proofreader in a corporate setup. Meticulous work, quiet hours, and an eager heart.
From there, I stepped into BPO operations, then into Human Resources navigating recruitment panels, onboarding processes, team dynamics, and administration. I worked with reputed organizations and steadily climbed the professional ladder, eventually heading HR and Admin functions for a tech firm.
It was a journey of learning, people, pressure, and performance. I wore many hats, but one thing remained constant: my deep curiosity about human behaviour, emotional resilience, and what truly drives people to either stay stuck or rise strong.
Over time, I realized my true passion wasn’t just managing people it was understanding them. Behind every résumé and meeting room story was a human being craving purpose, confidence, and balance. That realization sparked a deeper journey from managing systems to transforming lives. And that’s how my corporate career gradually evolved into my calling as a Life and Mindset Coach.
Even in my early corporate days, what lit me up the most wasn't the systems or processes - it was people...
I loved interacting, listening, guiding, and gently helping others see their strengths. Whether it was a team member struggling with self-doubt or a young recruit unsure of their path, I naturally found myself mentoring, motivating, and molding them to step into the next version of themselves.
Over time, I realized this was my true gift to hold space, bring clarity, and help people rise.
While I helped others grow professionally, I couldn’t ignore a recurring pattern many talented individuals, especially women, were holding themselves back. Not because they lacked skills, but because they carried emotional blocks, fear of judgment, guilt, or an overpowering inner critic.
That’s when it hit me: transformation doesn’t happen through résumés or designations. It happens from the inside out.
During this phase, I crossed paths with my mentor, Shruti, and something within me shifted deeply. Her presence and guidance resonated with my own silent struggles. After losing my father to cancer a time when my world felt like it had stopped her mentorship became a light through my darkness. Through her, I reconnected with my strength, my purpose, and my true self.
And I knew it was time to shift from managing people to empowering them. That’s where my calling as a Life and Mindset Coach was born.
My journey taught me that no setback defines you unless you let it. Every story can be rewritten, every heart can be healed, and every woman deserves to rise into her fullest potential.
If you’re ready to step into that version of you, I’m here to walk beside you.
